Rate: $40 initial fee (covering up to two hours) $20/hour each hour thereafter. Billing is rounded to the nearest half hour (nearest quarter hour for college courses)
Rates are subject to change and therefore require contacting me directly. Discounted and pro-bono work is negotiated on a case by case basis.
Travel:
Assignments requiring more than one hour travel one way may be subject to hourly rate or milage charge and will be negotiated when contacted. Parking fees will be reimbursed unless otherwise negotiated.
Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than two business days in advance of the beginning of the assignment will be considered untimely and will be billed.
No Show Policy:
If the consumer does not show to an assignment, I will wait 30 minutes from the start of the assignment. if they do not show, I will leave and charge in full for the assignment, unless contacted.
Coverage:
Assignments lasting for more than 1.5 hours tend to need a second interpreter. I can provide a referral to another interpreter, including Certified Deaf Interpreters, as needed.
Payment Terms: Please provide payment net 30 days from date of invoice. If 14-29 days past due, I will add an additional 3% to the payment. If 30 days or above, I will add an additional 5% to the payment.

My availability is subject to scheduling availability. I reserve the right to refuse service at anytime or any reason.
